The essentail of reference in a paper is the same. I mean it is important to show where the author obtains the original resource. There are many kinds of reference style in academic fields of the US like APA. I think some formats are more or less different but the essential is the same.

    The same thing is to show where the sources are from and the different thing is how to orgamize reference pages.
